How we start
We begin with a tenant review: a read-only audit of your current configuration, licensing and mail flow. You get a written findings document with what is working, what is exposed and what you are overpaying for, before you commit to anything.

Will we have downtime during the migration?
Mail cutover is planned for outside your working hours, and mailboxes stay reachable throughout by syncing data before the switch. Most clients see no working-hours interruption.
Can you take over a tenant someone else set up?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. The tenant review is designed exactly for this: we document what exists, flag the risks, then take over administration.
Do we buy licences from you or from Microsoft?
Either. We can supply licences as a CSP partner or work alongside your existing reseller. We will tell you which is cheaper for your situation.
What happens to our old email archives?
They are migrated with the mailboxes. Where archives sit in PST files on local machines, we ingest them into Exchange Online so they become searchable and backed up.
